Follow me on Paperie Lane's official instagram @paperielane! As a coffee lover, I'm ashamed to say that I do not own a coffee maker at home. So when it came time to make these ice pops, I stopped by my neighborhood Starbucks for some fresh brewed coffee. It was so convenient because I didn't have to make an extra trip to buy cream... I just asked the barista for an empty cup and filled it with half & half. #convenientblogger
I think I'll try making caramel macchiato ice pops next time.
It's fun and easy experimenting with all the possibilities. Try turning your own favorite morning brew into a nice cold afternoon treat.
Coffee Ice Pops By The Black Peppercorn Yields 10 ice pops
3 cups fresh brewed coffee (equivalent to one Venti from Starbucks) ¾ cup half & half cream (10% cream) ½ cup sugar (or more to taste)
Mix ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture into mold and freeze until solid, about two hours. So easy, right?
